Master Platform Agreement
Terms of Service & Escrow Rules
Effective Date: September 2, 2026. By accessing Dablis, event hosts and verified service providers agree to adhere to these terms governing bookings, escrow holds, and platform fees.
1. Escrow Protection & Milestone Releases
When a host accepts a proposal bid or submits a direct booking reservation, funds are held securely in the platform escrow account. Funds are released according to the milestone schedule:
- 30% Date Lock Deposit: Reserved upon contract e-signature.
- 40% Production Milestone: Released 7 days prior to event date.
- 30% Final Completion Release: Disbursed upon host sign-off following event completion.
2. Vendor Standards & Verification
Vendors must provide accurate service descriptions, maintain active commercial liability insurance where required, and adhere to agreed event timelines.
3. Cancellations & Dispute Resolution
In the event of a cancellation or service dispute, the Dablis Admin Control Center initiates dispute mediation. If a vendor fails to perform, funds held in escrow are refunded to the host.
